Our fully enclosed and secured property with 24 hour security sits on the north western side of Barbados within very close proximity to Speightstown, and a 15 minute drive to Holetown and 20 minutes to Warrens a bustling business hub. With the amenities of a fully equipped gym, flood lit tennis courts, water taxi service, the Yacht Club restaurant and beach service with chairs and umbrellas, long term rentals tenants enjoy the luxuries of a resort. This combined with our efficient Housekeeping and Concierge service allows for a fully serviced lifestyle which most residents enjoy for extended periods.

Long term rentals are considered to be 1-2 years or more with possibility of 6 months rentals(please note that special conditions apply). We have one, two, and three bedroom homes located on the lagoon-font and also have beautiful homes right on the beach-front. Each home is individually owned and so furnishings and locations vary and negotiation on rental rates depends on owners wishes. There is no other place in Barbados or even the Caribbean where you are able to enjoy a luxurious and peaceful home on the edge of our lagoon replete with serenely bobbing yachts, on one side, and one of the finest white sand beaches in Barbados.
