This apartment is located on the middle floor, in the block Petit Tabac, that is named after a tiny deserted island in the Grenadines. There are two patios, one on either side of the apartment, both enjoying the Tradewinds that flow through. The lagoon side patio offers a choice of early morning breakfasts and coffee, late afternoon teas, or intimate casual dinners.
The view from your lagoon side patio is just plain beautiful. Being on the north side of the building, you look up Grand Canalin the lagoon, across the water to the island, and earlier phases. Just being one floor higher gives you a stunning view.
Your beachside patio looks straight out to the sea. It is truly breathtaking, and where you would tend to spend many evenings sipping on a rum punch watching the sun set before meeting for dinner. This patio is quite large and a nice area for the family to spend time and be together.
You have two master bedrooms on the beach side of the home both with ensuite marble bathroomss, each with tub, shower and double vanity.
Spacious living and dining rooms link the terraces with wide arches and sliding doors onto each terrace to really give a feeling of open island living where air conditioning is rarely needed although available.

Your third ensuite bedroom is on the lagoon side. The large patio invites you to spend most of your time there, watching the boats go by, or reading a book. This patio also joins on to the lagoon side patio should you wish to join the others.
